All packages will be calculated with the shipping fees automatically reflected upon checkout at the lowest cost possible with our partnership with the shipping companies. Shipping costs are based on package weight and dimensions, and on the buyer's location.
We always strive to deliver as soon as orders are received, within 1-2 working days. Local Malaysia delivery may take 2 to 3 working days while international delivery may take 5 to 7 working days. However, we do not guarantee delivery time as once the package is in the hands of the shipping company, it is completely out of our control but we definitely work with some of the most reliable shipping companies out there. Cubix is not responsible for packages lost during the shipping process. Customers are responsible for tracking the flow of the package via a tracking number via email after we dispatch the package.
We practise a strictly NO REFUND POLICY for any orders that have been processed and paid for.
We do not offer warranty for all products but we are ready to assist you if your products have manufacturing defects. Please note that there will be a chargeable service fee up to RM100 with the shipping cost should the product is found as "No Fault Found" for any manufacturing defects claim.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, kindly see the following:
- You have 7 (seven) calendar days to return your purchase from the date you received them.
- The product must be unopened and in the same condition that you have received it.
- Your product must be in the original packaging.
- The product has manufacturing defects.
- The product is not as per order. (Eg. Wrong size/colour/volume delivered)

- Payment Slip
- Product to Return or Exchange
- Reason for Return or Exchange
Once we have received your request, we will contact you within 3 working days for further instructions. Please email us the parcel tracking number, courier company & order number once you send out the product.
Failure to email us may result in delaying of the whole process.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. However, we will be responsible for the shipping cost if we had sent a wrong/defective product to you.
